Renovation of 30,000SF of this historic 1905 building for offices and classrooms for two University departments in less than 4 months. Initial tenders were 50% over budget and would have taken 3 months longer than the time available. We worked closely with the Arts & Science Assistant Dean, the architect and construction manager to bring the design in line with the available funding and completed the project as per the schedule.
