After developing the conceptual and schematic designs as a member of the Property Committee for a 40,000SF addition to this prestigious Anglican girl’s school in mid-town Toronto, Mr. Kavanagh was retained as Project Manager. He further developed the design in close consultation with the School administration and faculty and met weekly with the Property Committee and bi-monthly with the Board of Directors and Campaign Committee. He managed the procurement and administration of the project consultants including the planners required for rezoning and the construction manager, developed the project budget and cash flow and oversaw the construction document phase through to tender. The addition included a new 300-seat state of the art theatre, gymnasium, library, art and music studios, classrooms and offices.
